Account deactivated anyone is helping me

I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Amazon seller account, and I would really appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve it.

My account A204UT294I0604 has been suspended due to DAC7 regulations. I’ve been informed that the issue seems to be related to the verification of my company’s identity data, but I am unable to edit or update this information in my account, which makes the information I’ve provided appear incorrect.

Here are some details of my situation:

- DAC7 suspension: My account was suspended because I failed the DAC7 verification process. I’ve tried to correct the information, but I am unable to edit the identity data in Seller Central. I’m unsure whether the problem is an error in the address, the company name, or something else, as Amazon hasn’t given me clear information on what exactly is wrong.

- Inability to update information: Due to the account suspension, I cannot update the necessary information to comply with DAC7 requirements, and I’m not sure how to proceed. I’ve sent multiple emails but have yet to receive a response that actually helps me resolve the issue.

At this point, I don’t know what information is incorrect, nor how to fix it, and I’m not getting any clear or helpful responses on what to do next.

Has anyone been in a similar situation or know how I can unblock my account, correct my identity data, or at least delay the removal of my inventory while I sort this out?
