Clarification on Research Duration for items sidelined by Amazon for research (a.k.a. items being researched)
Hello Amazon Mods,
I recently reached out to the SPS team regarding items currently undergoing research, as I'm uncertain about when this research began. Previously, the "researching" units in Manage Inventory displayed a timeline, but that information is no longer visible.
Based on my understanding, the duration of this research was 30 days. However, I was surprised to receive a response from the SPS stating that it has now been updated to 60 days.

- 2. Inventory Ledger Report - 60 days duration
When I searched the Changes to Program Policies page, I couldn't find any mention of this update, which makes me wonder if the 60-day timeframe stated on the Inventory Ledger Report was a typographical error. Could you please confirm the correct duration?

Thank you for reaching out about this and for your patience here! I'm just coming across this thread and wanted to chime in with some thoughts.
First off, thank you for surfacing this! To my knowledge, I believe the Inventory Ledger report help page is correct in that the duration of the research should not exceed 60 days. That said, I will ask my colleagues internally for further clarification on this timeline.
Now, since it's been a couple weeks since posting this thread, has there been any updates to this inventory?
