Just curious as to the length of time an order is allowed to pend? I have 2 pending orders of 4months and 5pending orders of 2months. Reason: Awaiting Payment.
Do I make a case regarding these pending orders?

Hi @Seller_AUlFkz3Bhuwoi,
Pending orders can last up to 21 days. If you have pending orders longer than 21 days please create a case with seller support and provide the order IDs.
