Shipping One Pallet Of Single SKU To Amazon For The First Time

Hi there,

I’m trying to send amazon a single pallet of my product for the first time. I have 60 units of the same item. They are all in their own box (so one unit = one box) with an FNSKU label on each box.

However, when I try to send stock it’s asking me to place box labels (stickers) on each box? Each box already has an FNSKU on it and in each box is just one item?

The problem is these units are boxed in the container they ship in. They are individual units. So the box we send the item to Amazon in, is the same box that is used to send to the customer. So we cannot put box labels (other than fnsku) because this is the same box the customer will receive.

Any advice?

I really wish that Amazon would make this clearer. Do you have any idea how many times this gets asked?
If it’s one item per box, all that is required is the FNSKU label. Forget about the box labels.

Cheers Neil, I’ll just ignore the 60 box labels it generates for me then!

Very interested in this also. We have always added the extra box labels to the individual box, which is a pain when there are 25 pallets and 500+ boxes. Amazon generate them, so we thought they had to be applied.
So are you sure that as long as each box has the SKU/FNSKU label on it, we don’t need to add the extra box label?
Just the pallet labels to the outside edges of the pallet (after wrapping)?
