Seeking Advice on Stopping Malicious Review Attacks
I'm seeking advice on dealing with malicious reviews on my Amazon listings.
My product listings are being targeted by false reviews from a competitor and their employees. I have names, addresses, and proof linking them to the competitor.
While some of these reviews have been removed (after reporting them to Amazon), others remain.
We keep opening cases but it just seems like Amazon don't care about the integrity of their review system.
Has anyone got any advice that might help us?

Hello @Seller_ct0D03lMplXa1,
If you have evidence that the buyer is violating Amazon policies, please submit a report through Report abuse tool.
All reports are thoroughly investigated by the internal team.
For privacy reasons, the results of the investigations cannot be disclosed, but they will take any disciplinary actions that we find appropriate.
Best regards,
Sarah.
