Disbursement on hold for VAT establishment verification - 2 months and still waiting

@Simon_AmazonI need your help with my disbursement. It has been over 2 months since I have been submitting documents after documents to Amazon in order to proof my establishment in the UK.

I have provided every single documents requested but my payment is still being withheld.

This has caused me a lot of issues because my money and business are stagnant and I am unable to pay contractors, suppliers or any bills.

I will very much appreciate it if you could offer some assistance in looking into this as a matter of urgency as my business's life depends on it.

The last time I heard from Amazon was 26th and here it is:

"We have received your email and would like to thank you for contacting us and bringing this matter to our attention.

Following your email, I have contacted the relevant team and asked that your request be reviewed as a matter of priority. Should further information be required, we will be in direct contact with you on this.

Just out of interest, do you actually live in UK, or are you resident elsewhere ? - if you do not live in UK, but store your goods here for FBA then you do need to be VAT registered, even if you have registered your business here in UK.

My apologies if I have made too many assumptions.

You must have received a Performance Notification explaining the reasons behind the verification failure. The notification should also provide guidance on the steps to follow if you believe your account was deactivated in error.

If you wish to contest the decision, please reach out to the email address provided in the Performance Notification. This will allow you to formally appeal the decision and provide any supporting documentation or information.
