How come Amazon lost an item and found it then to sell it on Warehouse Deals?
I just saw that they are offering one of my product on Warehouse Deals, fair enough, I understand that they can do this but “WHY” they lose something, then they “FIND” it and SELL it for they own profit and guess what, the item was lost on 29 January but nothing about reimbursement… disappointed.

If they lost your item, then they will normally refund you at least some of the cost for the item.
I’m presuming that whatever it was, was lost on a shipment to Amazon.
If so, did you start an investigation and what where the results of it?

Hi Neil, I started an investigation and Im waiting for their reply, I just thought its funny that they found my item after 20 days but they didnt reimburse me after all that time …
