GTIN Exemption approvals - no support from Amazon
I am attempting to add one generic product listing. I have tried over and over again. I think I have about 15 GTIN exemptions from clicking on apply for exemption.... When asking for support from Amazaon, they just send me a link or give a standard answer instead of helping with my particular situation.
Even where the product listing finally looks like it has no errors, when I try to submit there is then an error at the top of the page saying sorry try again later. I can't tell you how many times I've had to reload and login again....
Has anyone had similar experience. Suggestions?
I am so frustrated.

Hello @Seller_1vNk2CvEYp5LP
Christine here from Amazon Forums.
GTIN exemption approval is done on a per-product basis, not for your entire product catalog. So even if you have 15 approved exemptions, you'll need to go through the process for each new product you want to list.
Even after receiving an exemption approval, you may still encounter errors when trying to list the product. This can sometimes happen if Amazon's systems don't properly recognize the exemption.
Can you share the error code that you received along with the case ID with seller support so I can take a look?
Christine.
