AZ Claim vs Amazon refund
What is the difference between an AZ claim and Amazon giving a refund? I've had a few refunds recently that Amazon has given to a customer but they aren't under AZ claims. Can I make a SAFE-T claim against a refund (as oppposed to AZ.)
Thanks.

Hello! @Lyrics_Art
This is Roberto. Thank you for using the forums.
For refunds that Amazon initiated on your behalf, you can raise a SAFE-T claim, please see the help page below to determine eligibility and to familiarize yourself with the policy:
Reimbursement policy for seller-fulfilled orders with pre-paid return labels
How to identify if a refund has been initiated by Amazon? Please follow the instructions below:
- Go to Manage Returns
- Find the Order in question
- Click view more details
- Check the Resolution. If the resolution says "RefundOnFirstScan" OR "AutomatedRefund", these are indicators that Amazon issued the refund.
Let me know if you have further questions.
Regards,
Roberto
