I've been selling on an ASIN that does have a brand gate but the product is already existing. I recently got a customer complaint on authenticity regarding the item and I need to prove invoices for the exact ASIN but the items I buy are big lots from distribution which im was authorized to sell and I break them down into smaller packs and package them myself to sell. So I am unable to produce any of the ASIN on my invoices that matches the listing. How do I go about to fix this?

You mentioned buying big lots, are they bulk pallets with products on them without any type of itemization, or are you purchasing large quantities and making smaller bundles? Depending on the your sourcing, the issue may be eligible to be resolved.

If you are sourcing bulk pallets without any type of verification as to what was sourced on them, these cannot be accepted as we are unable to verify the individual products came from this pallet. If you are sourcing bulk quantities, you will need to provide purchase invoices that covers the full quantity sold within your listing.

I would suggest comparing your sourcing documents to our invoice requirements to ensure your documentation meets our expectations to be accepted.
