user permission
Hi,
I am trying to open user permission in my seller central account. but unfortunately, I am getting invalid access message. Message says, you do not have permission to access the user permission. Please help me regarding this matter.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Seller Forums!
Only the primary account user will have access to all features for User Permissions. The error you are seeing sounds like you may have logged in using an email address that isn't the primary user's email. Double check to make sure you are only logged in using one account and that you are not logged into a buyer account at the same time for example.
It would be best to contact Seller Support directly for this matter as we cannot share personal account information such as email addresses over the forum.
