Separate account for a new brand?

What are the rules for opening a second account for the same business entity (but different DBA?)

I need to have a separate account for a new brand in a different category, and simply having a new Brand Registry isn't enough separation as the customer can easily see all of my account's brands.

While we cannot make this determination for you, please note that Amazon's policy is that sellers can have one account per seller per region.

There are instances where you can open a second account if you have a legitimate business need. I would suggest reviewing this video as it provides detail on how to ensure that you are complying with Amazon's multiple account policy.

It is also important to note that if one account gets deactivated for a policy violation, this could affect both accounts.
