Assistance Needed: MFN Block and Inactive Status of Listings Due to Poor FBM Performance

Dear Amazon Sellers and Support Team,

I am reaching out after months of ongoing efforts to resolve an issue with my account, and I sincerely hope someone here can provide guidance or escalate the matter further.

For the past six months, my products have been blocked on the French and Italian markets due to restrictions on selling them via the MFN model. Each affected ASIN displays the status: Inactive - Review Poor FBM Performance.

To address this, I carefully reviewed the details in my Performance Notifications and participated in a verification call, which I successfully passed. Despite this, the blocks remain in place.

Unfortunately, converting to FBA is not a viable option for us due to the specifics of our sales model. To resolve the issue, we’ve submitted no fewer than eight comprehensive action plans, each based on the reality of our operations. Disappointingly, none of these have received a response from the department responsible, as outlined on Amazon’s official support channels.

We are a registered brand, selling exclusively our own products, and are committed to maintaining compliance and high performance.

I am reaching out to ask:

Has anyone here experienced and successfully resolved a similar issue?

Could a member of Amazon’s support team review our case or guide us on the next steps to unblock these listings?

Any insights, advice, or support would be immensely appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,
