Account deactivated in ERROR
Hi viewers, Amazon have deactivated my account a month ago due to fake complain by a competitor about one of my product. Strangely , amazon didn't take any action for 4 months and all of a sudden amazon have deactivated my account unreasonably. I then have submitted my invoices to the amazon from the supplier but amazon have rejected my invoices and asked me for more information such as supplier name address contact details etc and asked me to highlight them on invoices which i promptly did and resubmit the invoices with all the information requested in email plus i voluntarily took same item screenshots from supplier website and added to my case but amazon team have rejected them again and said i have not provided the requested information. I mean its a joke right, i dont know if human works at amazon ! i'm saying this because when requested information have been submitted the how can they say i have not submitted. I called up account health specialist to discuss the matter and he confirmed that my invoices seems alright and also confirmed i have provided more than enough information than it was requested, so he assured me my account will be reactivated so he will resubmit my case again to the team for a second review which was later rejected with same wording that i have not provided the enough information. Im soo upset, dont know what to do when i have everything provided as requested then whats the matter also i dont understand they always mention in their email that they cannot share their internal investigation procedure. Someone can please make me understand if amazon wont tell me exactly whats wrong or whats less in my submitted documents then how the hell i would know or guess. Im so frustrated and disappointed by amazon support system. Amazon need to understand if i was not selling original item then i must have sold thousand and thousand pieces of that item to make profit but brainless people sitting behind the system dont understand i only have sold 40 units of that item and once i had complain i immediately stopped selling it and i also didnt feel comfortable by selling that product because there was a huge competition of that item and big fishes were striking other small sellers like me. I did not do anything wrong and i will fight until my account get reinstated no matter what even if i have to get legal action against amazon, this utter monopoly have to end this hostile environment has to end immediately otherwise many people like me would keep suffering. I appeal everyone out their please take my post as a motivation and take legal action against amazon if they are treating you unfairly.
