ATS team memember is not coming for the pickup

Even though we have kept our order 407-4381254-5857925 ready on time, it has not been picked up. It's been 3 days now. We have filled out the form qualtrics multiple times but no one is coming for the pickup.

Even though we have kept our order 407-4381254-5857925 ready on time, it has not been picked up. It's been 3 days now. We have filled out the form qualtrics multiple times but no one is coming for the pickup.

Even after filling out the form, orders have not been rescheduled for pickup.

We were facing the same problem, for 4 - 5 months this happened. Opening cases on Seller Support also was not helpful as they are still investigating since a 2 - 3 months. This is a problem and Amazon I don't know why is not being helpful.

The same issue was with me for literally 1 year and I contacted amazon after every order, and they are like they will look into it and they cannot do anything else.

This is regarding order - 407-4381254-5857925. it's been almost a week now, every day we have been filling Qualtrics form, we have filled out the feedback form and we have also posted it in the seller forum but no one has come for pickup. Finally, because of the pickup issue, our order got canceled by Amazon. The same thing happened with our previous order 405-3080269-5493943.

Facing the Same Issue the package has not been picked up for my order as well complaining to seller support is not at all helpful - gat a reply that if order cancel we will reimburse cancellation fees and adjust metrics, filled the form for 2 days and in the end order cancelled and i got charged Rs. 260 cancellation fees

Filed for reimbursement and still waiting for the same

No Help provided by seller support team
