BOGO Promotion is not showing on product page and Seller Support is frustrating
Hi,
I created a Buy One Get One promotion a couple of days ago. It is active but not showing up on product page.
I reached out to Seller Support so many times, but their response has been consistent: “In order to serve customers with the best promotions on a product, we might not be able to display all promotions that are created.”
The BOGO promotion is the sole promotion on this product and my listing is the only offer and featured offer! Despite my efforts, it seems like the Seller Support team hasn't ever looked into my case.

There is a checkbox on the promotions page as to whether to display the promotion on the page or not. I assume you've made sure that is checked to display it, correct?

Have you tried to have a real customer from some other computer and state look it up?
Amazon sometimes wont show you the promotion because you don't qualify for it, sometimes because you sell the product.
