Account Deactivated - Unknown reasons

Hi,

Issue Summary: USA account which I don't use was deactivated for reasons that I don't know

I only sell in the UK via FBA and wasn't even aware the USA account was active.

My USA account has been deactivated for unknown reasons; and now subsequently my UK and other EU accounts are all deactivated. I understand this is probably due to the USA account deactivation, however when i look at the account, there are no notifications of policy violations, the account is healthy (i don't sell anything on it so mostly 0% or NAs, but all green).

I received one notification email on the 27/01/24 to submit business documentation, which i have done, but Amazon have come back saying this is not enough information. They have not told me which policies I have violated or given any other reasons. I cannot contact them as the account is deactivated, when i select the call me option it goes straight to call ended.

Can anyone recommend or help with similar issues they have faced?

It has been understood that you need help on the account reactivation which has been linked to another selling account.

Did you register any global selling account in any other regions?

Unfortunately, you wouldn’t be able to close or delete the other account until you resolve the account issues.
