Amazon Review Violation Error
Hi there,
I hope you are all doing well.
I am having an issue with a customer review violation on our Seller Central Canada account. A customer review has been removed from our listing because Amazon believes a buyer has violated their policies, which I believe has triggered a violation inside our account by mistake.
I have tried to appeal the violation multiple times but am not getting anywhere. I keep getting a reply asking for me to provide a link to customer reviews that may have violated Amazon's policies.
We have never incentivized customers to leave reviews. I have been selling on Amazon for many years now, and I understand Amazon's policies on review manipulation. I don't want our account suspended.
I ask that Amazon kindly look into this issue, and I am certain that we haven't done anything wrong.

Hello @RJ_Expansion_Ltd_505
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues with the customer review violation. This can refer to any and all activity surrounding the customer product review process.
Can you provide more information regarding what occurred in this situation? Why do you believe this has contributed to the issue?
I have included actions that would be considered in violation of our policy below for reference:
- Posting a review yourself on your product or a competitor's
- Offering any kind of reward or discount for to another party in exchange for a review, this includes using services that sell customer reviews, websites, or social media groups.
- Offering a refund or reimbursement to a customer in exchange for them removing or editing their review, this can be done through buyer-seller messaging or on another third party service.
- Having a family member or employee post a review on your behalf
- Inserting a request for a positive review in the product packaging or shipping box
- Using a customer account to write or change a review on a competitor
It will be recommended to review your recent operations to ensure that there was no activity relating to customer reviews being left.
If you find any type of activity that does violate the policy, then it will be recommended to compile the details and any reviews that could have been left as a result. You will want to submit this information alongside information regarding how you will prevent this concern from occurring once more.
Otherwise, you will need to put together evidence showing that your product and operations are complaint with our policies. If our team cannot verify this, they will reject the submission. What has your submissions included up to this point?
We do encourage you to utilize this thread for any future questions or updates you have on this situation.
Best,
Atlas
