I've been shipping FBM orders the same way for 9 years on the Buy Shipping screen. I do all of my own shipping, there is no FBA. Using letter-size 2-3X5 label stock, one labels prints the shipping label and a packing list/invoice prints on the other label. The last time this worked was May 25. Now when I ship an order, the label orientation changed, part of the label is cut off because it is an incorrect size for this stock and no packing list is printing. I opened a help ticket; Amazon says that they no longer support the printing of invoices. I solved the size problem by clicking on the "More Settings" link and choosing the Scale (%) setting of "fit to printable area". Now it seems I have to go 5 additional steps to print a shipping label and the second half of the label stock goes unused.

Anyone else have or had this problem? What was your solution, if any?
