Repeated Incorrect Blade Restriction on Women’s Exfoliation Tools — Request for Permanent Resolution
Hi everyone,
I wanted to create a new post as we’re experiencing the same issue again and really need a long-term resolution.
Some of you may remember my earlier thread where our women’s exfoliation tools were incorrectly restricted and blocked from sale. @Julia_Amazon and @Spencer_Amazon kindly stepped in and helped get the listings reinstated at that time — which we really appreciated and they have been selling well ever since.
Unfortunately, we’re now facing exactly the same problem again with one of the ASINs, despite it having already been reviewed and approved by the leadership team. The product is compliant with Amazon UK policy and contains cartridge blades, which are permitted for sale.
This repeated restriction is causing ongoing disruption to our business, and we are unsure why this keeps happening after our listings have been cleared
Could an admin please escalate this and advise how we can prevent this from continuing to reoccur? We really need a permanent fix to avoid repeated reinstatement requests.
