Tracking IDs for FBA shipment
Hi there,
I have a scheduled SPD delivery from a 3PL to Amazon, but they cannot provide me with a Tracking ID for the boxes. The boxes have FBA labels and the 3PL has the Shipment ID & Amazon Reference ID.
Will the shipment still be approved by Amazon, even without a Tracking ID? Are there any penalties involved for not providing this information?

Hello @Seller_1tsjYrvonHg1m, in general, it is strongly suggested that you use a carrier who can provide tracking information. This will minimize delays and issues and allow you to follow along with your shipment in the Shipment events tab.
We evaluate your defect rate for missing tracking information at the shipment level, for all shipments that you send to us using non-partnered carriers. You’ll be able to view defects in the Problems tab of the shipment summary page.
