Error in adding new deposit method
The original payment method card expired, causing the inability to make deposit payments. Now, updating the new deposit method has resulted in the following error code:

That happens because you are not the "Primary Account Manager", means the one who CREATED that seller account.

As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACalready mentioned, you see the "forbidden" page error because you are not the primary account holder or you signed in with the secondary user credentials.
You will need to have either the primary user to add/edit the deposit method or you will have to sign in with the main account holder username and password.
