I normally withdraw money once a week, I just checked and I have funds in my account, also a reserve.
Example I have 20k, deferred 8k, available 12k
However the request button says 0.00 and not 12k
In the drop down is it says now or settlement date, its set to now.
So I dont understand why I can't take the money? Glitch?

It looks like they have implemented the 7 day reserve as we have the same issue. There were messages that they were going to do this to older accounts but kept postponing it. We normally withdrew funds every day. Amazon always like to make things harder for sellers!

Us too, it's the mandatory "delivery day +7" (DD+7) change they are pushing everyone onto.

I have same. Problem is they didnt deduct money from balance on advertising and now the adds are stop.

Once again they take advantage of 3rd party sellers.
Amazon have also held my money back, despite
1. All items are shipped by FBA so any problems are Amazons and not mine.
2. They hold around 2 months supply of my stock.
3. They have valid credit card in place (and an alternative card)
4. They are still holding a month's business account sales for 31 days before releasing
5. The business sellers sales which were released after 31 days are now being held for another 7 days.
6. I've been selling on Amazon for 18 years have 100% feedback and unblemished record.

The request has to be sent from your Amazon email to eu-uk-reserve-policy-extension@amazon.co.uk and should include your merchant token.
The partner team is unable to locate your previous requests. Is it possible you sent them from an email address not associated with your Amazon account?
I would appreciate your input so we can avoid such issues in the future. 😊
