Impossible to ungate grocery category

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem regarding ungating the grocery category.

I have submitted numerous applications to be ungated, providing a full invoice as well as images of 10+ units and each side of the packaging. When I submit an application, I am told that I have submitted ‘duplicate information’ and need to submit a new application. When I submit a totally new application I am told the same message. I have reached out to customer support numerous times and have been told to try again or I will receive an email from a specialist team- this email never arrives. Now when I submit applications, I do not even get a rejection email. Our account health is pretty good and have never had any issues ungating anything else.

Could anyone advise me on how I can resolve this issue?
