Problem with cargo delivery FWA4
Hello!
We are faced with a big problem in delivering our cargo to the Amazon warehouse FWA4 - FORT WAYNE, INUS with delivery numbers FBA17P797T1R and FBA17P7DDH1H. A large amount of cargo was not accepted by Amazon. In one case, the entire delivery was not accepted; in the second, part of the shipping boxes. All necessary information about the purchase of goods and from the carrier is provided in open cases. For more than 2 months, support simply kept the case open and did not respond in any way to constant questions from our side about the progress of implementation. Just the following case via online chat drew Amazon’s attention to our business. We received a technical response without specific comments.
"However, we're unable to continue our investigation because the documentation provided doesn't meet one or more of the requirements for acceptance".
Why should sellers guess what exactly needs to be provided or updated.
I think that we are not the only ones who have a problem with the delivery of goods to the FWA4 warehouse. Who managed to solve this problem? We also hope that Amazon representatives will get acquainted with our problem on the forum and we will find a solution since we are not ready to lose a large amount of goods.

Hello @Seller_Wi81w3fwaZXPL, I empathize with your frustration and would love to help you out. What are the case IDs you have opened?
As far as the required documentation, you will need proof of inventory ownership and proof of delivery.
Proof of inventory ownership includes the date of purchase/packing, product names, and quantity such as
- a signed packing slip if you are the manufacturer with the shipment or purchase order ID
- an invoice from a supplier including the full name and address of the invoice issuer and of the purchaser
Proof of delivery, which, for LTL or FTL shipments, will be the bill of lading showing
- the number of boxes in the shipment
- the total weight when picked up by the carrier
- an Amazon stamp confirming the shipment was received and signed for at the fulfillment center
