Identity Re-Verification Rejected
My account is deactivated because my attempts to re verify my account are rejected. I have tried every support option to get help but nobody will help.
At the end of this month I will need to close my sellers account after nearly a decade.
With every new case opened I am told they can not help or tell me any way that I can sort it out myself. I often get responses such as, "We can not help you re-activate your account because your account is deactivated", or "Your inquiry about identity verification is not related to Identity verification". I believe the problem is with small variations in my address where a human would understand that both are the same address, but no human ever looks to verify it. I have no option in the interface anymore to change my address to make it more consistent. I am redirect to support which sends me in the same circle that ends in no help.
This is my final attempt to get help before I have to close the account and scale back my business.
