QBO missing one settlement from AMZ -- anyone know how to pull it into QBO?
I'm using the Amazon Seller Connector app by QBO and found a discrepancy in my P&L due to one missing settlement that the app just did not pull in. Anyone have any ideas about how to pull in one specific settlement into QBO? Or should I just try to do a manual entry and call it a day?

I might suggest verifying the content of the settlement (making sure it's one that actually completed) with Seller Support and also reaching out to the team at Quick Books Online to determine what might have caused that entry not to be captured. Unfortunately I'm not able to assist with troubleshooting with Third Party products but the team at QBO may have some thoughts. Thank you for your understanding.
