Verification scam?
Hi all,
I have recently been through verification but two weeks later I have now received a suspicious red flag message (but with chinese characters on it) purporting to be Amazon and asking for my bank details. My bank account, phone numbers etc are just as they have been for the past three years. The message says that I cannot sell on Amazon unless I provide these details. Has anyone else had one of these and how can I contact Seller Verification (phone or email?) and/or report suspicious activity?

Contact Amazon through Seller Central. Do not respond to that e-mail directly, under any circumstances.

Thanks PP for this. Is there a direct email that works for this? All my efforts get a ‘no reply’ or this address does not accept replies: it exasperating!

I had the Chinese message, just addressed to dear seller, very dodgy and set off all my spam sensors. However, it is in my performance notifications on Amazon, though I can’t reply there.
