Create MCF order Issue

When i attempt to crate an mcf order, it says my acocunt has been deactivated, contact support. I have contacted and yet no fix for weeks. Do i create one through shopify?

Fixed, its the negative balance. Make sure amazon ba;ance is always positive

we are seeing same issue. started happening today.

account health is fine. listings active and selling.

seeing this error when trying to do mcf.
