Customer Left a Negative Review Due to Shipping when Order was FBA

We have received a negative review due to the shipping problem on our listing, which only has an FBA offer. Since the offer was only FBA, the order would have been FBA and the FBA Team should have been responsible for shipping the product safely to the customer. Please help us remove it since it was Amazon's responsibility to ship the items.

What actions we have taken Already before reaching Amazon Forum:

  • We have created 4 cases to get Amazon support to get rid of this review but they proved good for nothing.
  • We reported the review 2 times a week ago, but no help from them.
  • We also requested the Amazon community twice in 2 weeks but received no response from them as well.
