Perfect Account Health?

I've scoured the Amazon forums, articles, and the web itself to find no real valuable information. Thoughts, opinions, ideas anyone?

Account Health stats are 100% perfect, 0 or 0% in all the right places, 100% Valid Tracking,100% OTDR. Yet rating remains 212/1000 and it's been stuck at this number for, idk... years? If I'm understanding correctly AH=Orders, yes? How the heck do I get this number up?

Edit: My sales volume has, per Amazon's calculations, risen by 311% over the last 12mo and I know that also has an impact on AH. Not enough?

This post I wrote in '22 explains how it's calculated: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/09f0348e-36e8-4ccc-a407-35372f88a6b1?postId=be63aae9-ef66-4782-8728-73f7026ede3f

Granted there could be an issue with your account, but it sounds like you're doing about 600 sales per 180 days.

" To ensure your AHR is evaluated in context of the size of your business, you also gain 4 points for every 200 successful orders you fulfilled over the last 180 days." - Basically, you get 4 points for every 200 orders

Thank you for the information regarding the concerns you have with your account health rating. I understand that you are looking to understand why you have seen no movement on the rating. As stated by @Seller_J46Ruz3VzvWCV, the rating does look at the previous 180 days and calculates the rating based off the total order volume you have had. It will give 4 points for every 200 orders that were successfully fulfilled within that specific 180 day window.

It is normal to see fluctuation in the metric as it changes to account for the time window. For example, if you get an influx of orders in December, you will see the points received for those orders drop off in June. As long as the metric remains above the target of 200, you should not see any impacts or issues. For more information on the rating, we would recommend checking out this FAQ.

We do encourage you to continue to refer to this thread if you do observe any issues that you would like guidance on.

Best,

Atlas

I'm doing over 800 per half now

At most it would be 216.

800/200 = 4

4 X 4 = 16

It's rolling though so maybe it'll get up there.

The primary question on my end that remains unanswered is, (should every other metric on that page be in good standing) the Account Health rating ONLY increases with increased order volume?
View post

The help page does basically answer this. It goes up based on sales, nothing else. It goes down when you have violations.
