My seller account has been deactivated and I have no idea. I have a perfect account health score under all headings and no policy violations at all. I have tried everything to contact someone at Amazon but have always received automated replies saying 'insufficient information' - but with no advice on what information is needed or how I can upload it. The only thing I can think of is that someone has created an account with '+' signs between each of the three words 'peter adamson writing' and has abused it in some way. I have been selling my local books on Amazon for some years without any problems or complaints, but now all my books have been removed and I am no longer able to sell.

I have tried everything I can think of and would really appreciate any help to have my account re-acrivated. With thanks
