end contract with Amazon

Since I am not able to continue my business selling online on Amazon platform, please advise how to end the contract and ship all inventory back to my country (Thailand)? Thank you.

You can CLOSE your seller account if it is in good standing, means NOT deactivated by Amazon.

First you have to create a removal order for all your inventory. For this you look for a US prep center that can receive your products, since Amazon doesn't send to foreign countries. Then this prep center will wait and collect all the returns (will take some weeks) and send them back to you.

Once ALL your products are removed and you have no inventory at all in your "Manage Inventory", you wait 90 days and THEN you can properly close your seller account.
