Amazon acknowledged tracking shows delivered but wont fund a-z claim.
used amazon but shipping, shipped on time and tracking shows delivered. Amazon acknowledging this by saying oodr Won't be affected but forcing me to fund to claim. This doesn't match Amazon policy. Case 16430017021 seller support says they transferred the case and can't help further. A-z appeal keeps receiving the same response "Although we understand your position, we stand by our decision." This is a decision against Amazon policy that says Amazon will fund these claims. Amazon please fix this. I shouldn't have to beg to fix situations like this where the data obviously shows Amazon made the wrong decision.

Why was my appeal denied? We have reviewed all available information and determined you have not provided sufficient evidence to prove delivery.
I shouldnt need to provide evidence because Amazon already has the data to show this was delivered through Amazon buy shipping.

Unfortunately, for this particular case the order did not ship within the established window. The order was supposed to ship on 09/09 and per the tracking info the order was shipped on 09/11. This is such a common issue, the order needs to be scanned by your carrier to count as shipped. I'm afraid shipping late voided the protection offered by Buy Shipping.
