Dealyed Pick up due to which accoun thealth is at Risk

I m new seller and i m fed up now. its been two months and all my order are either cancelled due to delayed pick up or due to delayed pick up my account health is at risk. all this without any of my fault.

every time i connect with seller support they ask to raise the investigation ticket but there is no feedback or report on what investigation is been carried out.

not at all expected from international brand like amazon. local brand meesho has better pick up services without charging any commission.

please learn from them. not sure if anyone is even going to read this and respond. please dont reply saying we noted your concerns and forwarded to respective department and they will connect.

please give us solution or higher managements contact details. let them also know whats happening with us.
