Can I have some help from my fellow forum readers????

Ok I have literally scrubbed every shred of information on Amazon I can find on this but I'm still at a loss to what it specifically means......

Does any one know what the term "IN TRANSIT" means when it is listed under defect? I am attaching a screenshot of what I am asking. Does this mean it was damaged in transit? Or is the return itself in transit? Or is the status of being reimbursed in transit? Literally what is in transit mean because I have about 19 in transit dating back to mid December without being reconciled.

It means that defect can't be determined currently as the product is still in transit. You should verify the return status, if not satisfied.
