Is anyone else having a problem with the buy shipping screen?
The field where I enter the weight appears to have got smaller and I can’t actually see the figures once it has been populated.
I am not sure if it is an Amazon problem or a problem with my set up.

Which browser are you using, it could be zoomed in.

Strange. I do find that sometimes an Amazon page doesn’t render properly, but refreshing it normally fixes it.

I have just tried zooming in and out and it makes no difference. Refreshing does not help either. If yours is working then I know it is just an issue with me.

I understand that you are concerned about the buy shipping setting where the box to enter the weight is too small for sellers to read and you wish to increase the size.
Please note that the system is designed in this manner and the size is pre determined. However I have taken this as a feedback and have passed it to our concerned team members.
Our design team members will surely look in to this and in case of any change sellers will be notified about the same.

I have given up. Seller Support have now transferred it and the specialist has opened a case.
They have asked all the same questions and have now finally said they will put my suggestions forward.
