More rejected A to Z claims despite using Amazon Buy Shipping!

Usual rubbish customer support, please someone from Amazon help me out. This is your own policy which your own employees fail to implement!

I have about 10 A to Z cases, all rejected despite buying our shipping through buy shipping and shipping on time. What a frustrating waste of time your whole systems are. Please could a real person with some knowledge actually help me out.

Just to clarify, using buy shipping doesnt win you an a to z claim, it just means you shouldnt get the defect on your account

As CherryTree has said, Buy Shipping use only protects your account from the account defect that comes alongside an A-to-Z claim going against you. It doesn't do anything to help you win the claim.

Also, it only protects you from claims that arise from issues related to the shipping. If the claim was, for example, that the wrong item was sent to them, then it wouldn't protect you from that.

@Ezra_Amazon@Sarah_Amzn@Julia_Amazon@Spencer_Amazon can anyone help Mounted_Gifts1 out with these cases?

OP, can you share the Case IDs from the seller support cases you've opened for these orders?

Thank you, yes thats fine I am just looking to protect my ODR. It might seem petty, but bt it feels like a tiny win given that I have lost the item the postage and the sale.

You might still get a defect on your account, in which case you'll need to contact seller support to try and get it removed.

The A-Z system is ridiculous:

1. Customer contacts me claiming item not recieved

2. I give him the tracking info showing delivered

3. He immediately finds it

4. Around 10 days later Amazon sends the "your item might be lost" email

5. Customer submits an A-Z which I then lose

Oh mate dont get me started on this! I've had over 30 like this since Jan, I keep getting fobbed off on the Seller Support, oh its been passed to this team that team bla bla bla, no one ever gets back to me then they just close my case due to 'Inactivity' its a joke, if we ignored sellers how they ignore us is would be account banned for life and Amzon would probs steal your money too. Its a joke.

Appeals get Rejected (ODR Still affected) then Seller Support just ignores me, then I get threats of Deactivation and have to do their Pointless courses

Although Buy Shipping is 'supposed' to protect your account from problems related to shipping, it often does not.

I have had this issue many times. Mods were a bit more active in the area and managed to get me a few overturned - but even they now seem to ignore such requests. I have been promised in the past that Amazon were looking into making it automatic for such claims (after all they know if Buy Shipping was used) but it never happened. You never get anywhere with Seller Support - they even told me once that the protection for shipping problems meant it only covered late delivery - not no delivery!

I have given up on using Buy Shipping now - I just use Click & Drop (going via the Packing Partner application). And it may just be coincidental but I don't seem to suffer from as many parcel losses as I used to have.

A-to-z Guarantee claims: If you purchase Amazon’s Buy Shipping and dispatch on time, you are protected against A-to-z claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Those claims will not affect your Order Defect Rate but you are still responsible for the financial loss of these claims

Have you already contacted Seller Support to request removal of the ODR impact?

If so, could you please provide the Case ID associated with each affected order.
