"Call me Now" Option gone after account deactivation
After having our account deactivated for a restricted listing violation, we submitted all of the requested information and documents from manufacture giving evidence that the product did not violate their policies. After being denied multiple submissions, we attempted opening a case on the issue to have further review, (a human instead of AI) of our submissions. After getting a response back, they have taken away our option to have seller support call us. How is there any actual support being given to sellers? Our account is done for, doing nothing but harm to our business. It seems like support is on a rapid decline. Selling on Amazon is NOT what it used to be.
