False claim from customer
recently one of the orders was returned making a false claim that I had sent honey in place of the vase, which is extremely ridiculous, the same customer returned the parcel for the same product and then he placed the order for the same, when talking to the seller service that I should have raised suspicious order, how I am supposed to know if the customer fraud, even in the earlier cases they had rejected suspicious order claim., this is happening to us for the 3d time when the customer is either send stones, or false gift boxe and keeping the original product. either the amazon guy is stealing from us or the customer.

To avoid these frauds in future keep a video data record of dispatched shipments as well as return unpack.

Our Experience from past year.
1. Almost no orders.
2. 80% of orders are either returned with false claim or cod orders are being rejected.
3. Fraud customer has been increased 10 folds, either Amazon guy is stealing or our competitors placing order with us and returning it on 9 th day.
4. In return pickup they don’t even check the packing for fragile item just take the item without any bag and here we are sending the smallest of product in 5 layer packing.
5. Safe t claim is not even 10. % of what we claimed.
