At what price does a product become high value?
Hi !
A quick question, at what price does a product become high value and a customer would have to wait up to 17 days to receive its money back after returning a product? - FBA
This happened to me before as a customer returning products above and below £100.
More and more customers either send a different product or nothing at all since the first scan return policy has been implemented.
I would ask SS but believe I wouldn't have a straight asnwer.
Thanks in advance.

Items over £100 can be exempted from auto-returns, but a number of categories / types of goods are also exempt so price isn't the only factor.

Hello @Seller_lpjwzXQn96ip0,
Based on Amazon's policies, high-value items are generally considered those exceeding £100. However, the extended refund timeframe of up to 17 days can apply to products of any value, not just high-priced items.
For most products shipped by Amazon, refunds are typically processed within 14 days. In some cases, this period may be longer. The additional time for the refund to appear in your bank account (up to 7 business days) is separate from Amazon's processing time.
