account got deactivated

Okay so I am selling as an individual in the USA and have been for years no issues. Everything is perfect.

I try to sign up and sell in the UK and got denied because you can only sell in the UK as an individual if you live in the UK or EU. So I left it and didnt look back.

I never thought the account got activated or deactivated or anything.

Then my USA account gets deactivated for multiple accounts and call and was told because my UK account got deactivated. To submit an appeal in the UK account.

The UK wants more verification but I was already denied and write that in the appeal and told them to close the UK account or reactivate or whatever would fix the issue.

I have submitted an appeal a few times explaining the situation but nothing.

Now the USA appeals team reviews what I wrote and now im stuck submitting appeals in the UK.

I am stuck .

I asked in the appeals what they wanted and nothing. No solution no response

When it comes to verification, we will mostly require documents like a utility bill or business license. If you have provided these documents did they meet our requirements mentioned on our seller identity verification help page?

Additionally, any store currently facing a deactivation is not eligible to be closed per our close your account policy. Due to this you will be required to reactivate the European account.

As mentioned above the US account will not be eligible for reactivation if another one of your accounts is deactivated, once the account in Europe is reinstated you can simply submit an acknowledgement that the account has been reinstated which will prompt a review for compliance and eligibility for reinstatement.
