Sales are dropped by 95%
Since 20th march our sales are dropped by 95%. I have checked all usual part of amazon section such as performance notification, account health, policy violation but nothing obvious is popping out.
However during research I did manage to notice that every single listing of ours has no buy box. magically each item has lost buy box.
I made multiple contact to amazon customer service but did not get any specific answer or solution. This is not normal for our entire catalogue or 7000+ listing to loose buy box or no longer are eligible for featured offers?
Is there any other seller or store facing similar issue but sales dropping by 95% is certainly not normal.

I've noticed a significant drop in sales over the past couple of days. I wonder if people have become aware of the spring sale next week and are holding off in the hope of getting a discount. In my case they're going to be disappointed!

I have noticed a massive drop off this week, however, it is Mother's day next Sunday & Easter a couple of weeks after that. This drop in sales is effecting my eBay items also. I have not noticed buy boxes missing.

Our sales have been horrendous from the beginning of the year to date.
We've noticed we've lost buy box on majority of our listings and are constantly being out-priced on the listings we actually are able to get buy box on.
I noticed from the sales & traffic reports in seller central that traffic is actually up on last year but conversions are down significantly.
I fear i won't last much longer on Amazon at this rate.
