SCAM BUYER MESSAGE: It was a very bad shopping experience, I still haven't received my package, I think I don't need it anymore, please give me a refund

Just received the same exact message from 3 different buyers on 3 different orders within hours of each other.

"It was a very bad shopping experience, I still haven't received my package, I think I don't need it anymore, please give me a refund."

This is a known scam message where the buyer will drop ship from another retailer to their customer buying the item, receive money from their customer, then turn around and file non-delivery to Amazon.

I've reported all 3 of these, but FYI to sellers out there. Stay safe.

Tagging Amazon forum mods for escalation, as we aren't the only seller experiencing this. Let me know if you need the order numbers specifically.

Please do provide me with the specific order IDs, and ensure you have reported the messages via buyer to seller messaging so the paper trail is there when I submit my own escalation of the issue.
