Contact Selller support (click help at the top and raise a case). Just say you signed up for the professional selling plan by mistake.

If you clicked on the orange 'Sign Up' button on the first page that automatically signs you up for the professional selling plan (£25 + VAT = £30) - it seems that most people do not read the small print underneath the button !!

Hopefully you are not getting the account type (the legal entity) and the selling plan mixed up - a common mistake for new sellers.

There are two account types: BUSINESS for selling new goods for profit (and you must be registered with HMRC as self employed first), and INDIVIDUAL account - ONLY for selling off ones own personal second-hand items such as books, DVDs. CDs etc and cannot sell NEW goods.

There are two selling plans - Professional - pay £30 a month (plus other perks), or Individual plan - no monthly fee but pay an extra 90p fee per sale.
