This is the first time in 12 years on Amazon that we've run a deficit.

I built my small manufacturing business in Pennsylvania with Amazon as our primary sales channel. And for 10 years, I employed- for a living wage- three people with families.

I can't do it any more. We actually can't even run in the black on Amazon any more, let alone make enough for payroll. The fees have killed us.
