Amazon UK Suspended because of Amazon US Account!
So Amazon US have suspended my account due to policy violations, which I hold my hand up I did commit (unknowingly).
My e-commerce platform was creating all the listings and updating the information, I didn’t know that if it didn’t have a brand against it, it was creating the brand under my company name or if it did exist it was trying to overwrite it - big no no.
Spoke to the e-commerce team and they fixed the issue.
I had SEVENTEEN plans of action denied, I spoke to an American account handler and he told me my plan of action was bulletproof, he raised the case internally for a 2nd review on June 12th.
I called back last week and was told that Amazon US don’t want to reactivate the account basically and tough.
But I cannot reactivate my UK account until I sort out the US account which clearly isn’t going to happen…
What can I do, I am sure if I open a 2nd account they will close that down as well as the registration will all be the same…
Honestly Amazon you make it so bloody difficult to sell on your platform from honest sellers yet you let other sellers sell bootlegs and counterfeits…

And no, opening a second account is a very bad idea.
