Damaged products in the warehouse
FBA YYZ7 received my products correctly and after 1 month they tell me that they damaged them in the warehouse, which I do not understand and they appeared as products available for sale and gave me a very low refund of less than half the value of each product, they could not tell me what happened to my products which makes me doubt that they really damaged them.

They gave you a reimbursement of what you would have received as if you had sold them after selling commission fees and FBA pick and pack and fulfillment fees.

I understand you have some doubts related to your products damaged at the warehouse and the reimbursement received for them.
My recommendation in this situation is to follow the help page FBA inventory reimbursement policy: Shipment to Amazon claims, it mentions "This page applies to products that are lost or damaged when you ship them to us.".
Please note: You may file only one claim per shipment. Additional claims for the same shipment will be declined.
