OTP Annoying Frequent Requests

I get OTP requirement Too Many Times per Day.

It seems like every 1/2 hour.

This is annoying.

The ''Do Not Require OPT"" check box doesn't work. You can check it every time and you will still get OTP requirement.

I have tried to disable OTP, but if you do you can't get into your tabs, so I have had to turn it back on.

I had to do an OTP just to make this comment. It is absurd. How can this be fixed. Every 5 minutes

It is excessive. How do we make it stop? I have had 12 OTP pop-ups within 60 minutes. Holy smokes I hope I don't leave my phone far away.

I wanted to see if this is still an issue. I know some of my peers had the same issue in the past, but apparently it has been reduced now.

Please reply back to this comment if you are still facing issue so I can investigate and see what can be done.

We have 2 users (myself as the account owner and an employee in the shipping department) and we are each prompted for a code 3-8 times per day and all prompts come to my phone which is in danger of being thrown at a wall. It's ridiculous and beyond frustrating that we can't opt to trust a device even for 24 hours.
