Need help regarding insane shipping label adjustments
Hello! I discovered some very large shipping label adjustments yesterday for a 5 package order, totaling over $1000. The reason given for the adjustment is "The shipping services purchased for the package did not match the carrier-reported charge for shipping the package:" the dimensions and weight I entered match what the carrier audited, but i am being charged 8-10x what I originally paid for postage. I've concluded that I am being billed the rates that a consumer would get if they were to purchase postage directly from fedex. I cannot figure out why or figure out how I can reverse the charges. This order was actually delivered almost 3 weeks ago. As always, seller support has been no help, so I turn to you!

Someone else reported a problem like this with Fedex, turned out to be they supposedly went over the weight/volume limit for Fedex One Rate and got charged for another Fedex service which is far more expensive. Details here.

There are occasional glitches in Buy Shipping where updated FedEx Carrier-Audited info does not transmit to Seller Central. If you see adjusted charges in Seller Central even when the customer/carrier info matches, visit the FedEx website and review the detailed tracking information.
I reviewed 114-9919850-2474638 and the carrier-audited information is larger than the label dimensions, and above the FedEx One Rate strict maximum package thresholds of 50 pounds and 2200 cubic inches.
FedEx shipping services and restrictions
If you would like to dispute the adjustment, please provide photos or product details showing that the package was exactly the dimensions on the label, under 2200 cubic inches. I recommend being careful about using FedEx One Rate for packages right at that limit, especially for shipments that may expand/bend.

thank you for the reply and help thus far. I see that their is some minor weight adjustments, but none exceeding even 40 pounds, and the cubic volume on all packages is under 2000 cubic inches. Correct me if I'm wrong, but none of the packages are even close to the threshold.
The carrier-audited dimensions for Order id 114-9919850-2474638 show a volume over 2200 cubic inches: 15x15x10 in.
